Yes, we allow dogs and other pets at our apartments, with certain rules and conditions. For each pet in your home (up to 2 pets maximum per home), you must pay a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit. We don’t allow any of the following dog breeds:

Each of our furnished corporate apartments in Kansas City comes with assigned parking. While Park Place does have covered parking available, we can’t guarantee that your parking space will be in that area. If you require an additional parking space, let us know!
