Our corporate rentals in Kansas City include 3 different floor plans.

• 990 square feet, 1 bed, 1 bath, and a den
• 1142 square feet, 2 bed, 2 bath

We’ve furnished each unit with all necessary furniture, including dressers, beds, dining sets, televisions and more. Each unit also comes with dishes, silverware, a full set of linens, cooking utensils and anything else you need to make your apartment a fully functional home.

As part of the application and booking process, we will first discuss which of our units are available and the rates for each of your options.

The cost of each apartment depends on the length of your stay, the specific unit that you’re interested in, the time of year, etc. When you contact us, we can discuss the details of your potential lease and discuss pricing options for each of our leasing options. Let us know if you’re planning on bringing any pets or require an additional parking space, as these may affect your monthly rate.

When you stay at one of our corporate rentals in Kansas City, we seek to give you an entirely streamlined leasing experience. Each month, we require just one payment that covers your rent as well as all utilities, including water, trash, electricity, etc.

Yes, Corporate Housing of Kansas City does allow pets under certain conditions. We require a $300 nonrefundable pet fee for each pet in your home, with a maximum of 2 pets. We do not allow the following dog breeds:

• Akita Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• Great Dane
• St. Bernard
• Wolf Hybrid

Our units are occupied the majority of the time, so we are rarely able to offer in-person tours. However, if you’re interested in a specific floor plan, we can provide you with a list of included amenities and photos of the entire apartment.

The Park Place apartment complex is a secured facility that requires a key fob to enter. The covered garage parking has direct elevator access to the apartment complex, ensuring the safety of tenants and visitors alike.
